Our muscle building program incorporates a specific set of exercise routines designed to increase both STRENGTH and MUSCLE MASS. This program is clearly laid out on periodic table charts to help you follow your routines.
Your program will involve you undertaking challenging routines within overall phases of intensification, accumulation, and super-compensation. These routines include training cycles of low set, “heavy duty” work; high set, volume work; and low rep functional hypertrophy work, with advanced principles such as clusters and wave loading.
